Marketing Coordinator

MCC is a highly experienced semiconductor manufacturing company with a global marketing and sales network covering the Americas, EMEA, and ASEAN regions. 

 

Position Overview:  

MCC is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on marketing execution, content creation, and social media management. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and building effective landing pages, executing marketing campaigns, and managing the company’s social media accounts. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and build visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages.  

  • Create and share engaging content that promotes the company’s brand.  

  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns using HubSpot. 

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and create compelling posts to showcase new product introductions, achievements, and company culture. 

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team or content creators to ensure effective incorporation of content into the design. 

  • Organize and manage marketing collateral efficiently, ensuring easy accessibility for the team and stakeholders. 

  • Assist with maintaining MCC’s website regularly. 

  • Contribute expertise and creative flair to special projects assigned, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved. 

  • Create visually appealing materials that effectively represent the MCC brand, leveraging innovative ideas and maintaining a consistent look and feel. Deliver materials within the agreed timeframe set by the Digital Marketing Director. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines to ensure a smooth project flow. 

 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred or in a related field. 

  • 3+ years of professional experience with building and managing a HubSpot marketing automation platform. 

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub certification required. 

  • Provide a portfolio (upon request) of profiles managed – written samples of blog posts, newsletters, other written content, and examples of community building efforts using social media or other platforms. 

  • A flair for promotion and social media. 

  • Strong computer skills, ideally including Microsoft products and programs such as Canva, HubSpot, Miro, content management platforms, as well as social media. 

  • Strong organizational skills, methodical work approach, and the ability to prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines. 

  • Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com is preferred, facilitating efficient project coordination and task management. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills to build productive relationships. 

  • Self-motivated and driven to produce high-quality work, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. 

 

Experience: 

  • Marketing Degree: 3 years (Required). 

  • HubSpot experience: 3 years (Required). 

  • Canva: 1 year (Required). 

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Required.
