   Job Objective: MCC is seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to craft intuitive digital experiences and compelling visual assets across web, mobile, and print. This role bridges user-centered design with brand storytelling, supporting both product development and marketing initiatives.

    

2. Job Responsibility (What you will do):

   Responsibility

   Work tasks and content: UX/UI Design Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and responsiveness Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries Graphic Design Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and presentations Design print materials including flyers, brochures, posters, and event collateral Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints Support marketing and product teams with creative concepts and execution

    

3. Job Qualifications (What you will bring):

   Education Background/ Major	Bachelor's degree or equivalent
   Experience (Must)	3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design in the semiconductor industry.
   Knowledge (Ideal)	UX/UI: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Web: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for design handoff Collaboration: Monday.com, Office365
   Abilities/Qualities	3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, preferably in semiconductor industry Strong portfolio showcasing both digital interfaces and print work Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills ·        Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
   Skills/Certifications	Experience working with CRM platforms or SaaS tools Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere) Exposure to AI-driven design tools or LLM-integrated workflows Design certification a plus
