    Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC.
    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Vietnam, with at least 1-2 years experience in the Semiconductor or Logistics industry.

  2. What you will do:
    Responsibility Work tasks and content:
    l   Answers incoming sales calls via telephone, e-mails and facsimile requests.
    l   Clarifies and fulfills customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing information as requested.
    l   Understands and responds to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
    l   Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
    l   Processes all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints and related documentation.* FTZ -control documentation for routing guide internally to comply with shipping requirements.
    l   Resolves customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
    l   Keeps customers AR up to date and resolves any past due invoices or payment disputes.* Prepare for external audits as requested.

     

  3. What you will bring:
    Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    Experience(Ideal) At least 1-2 years of work experience in the semiconductor or logistics industry.
    Knowledge(Ideal) l   Knowledge of SAP HANA ERP system for customer order management.
    l   Experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service would be advantageous
    l   Experience in working within the Semiconductor industry would be advantageous.
    l   Knowledge of Model N system would be advantageous.
    l   Knowledge of FTZ process would be advantageous
    Abilities/Qualities l   Proficient in using office software;
    l   Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
    Skills/Certifications l   Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills;
    l   Market and customer communication skills;
