We are seeking a self-driven Account Manager who is eager to make an impact and solve complex challenges based in Guangzhou or Zhuhai. - What you will do:
Responsibility Work tasks and content:
l Promote MCC products and unique value proposition to assigned customers.
l Establish active listening skills to customer needs and market dynamics
l Develop account strategy to identify key growth area and action plan to address customer needs and drive revenue
l Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
l Take ownership on bi-annually/ quarterly customer business review
l Ability to quickly ramp on new concepts, systems and processes
l Conduct market intelligence analysis and provide feedback to the respective product teams.
l Leverage available sales tools and understanding of supply chain management to maximize opportunity
l Work both regionally and globally to achieve account strategy goals - What you will bring:
Education Background/ Major Bachelor’s degree in in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field Experience(Must) Preferred less than 3 years of technical sales experience preferably in EMS segment and semiconductors Industry Knowledge(Must) Knowledge of Budgeting/Driving sales/Solution oriented. Abilities/Qualities Excellent agility, attention to detail, result-driven ability, first principle thinking, problem solving and communication skills Skills/Certifications Fluent in local language and English, both written and oral communication skills - Why Join MCC:
