We are looking for an Account Manager with 4 years experience in Semiconductor sales.Tips: for travel /work site/ work mode/employment type section, just keep the option corresponding to this position.
- What you will do:
Responsibility Work tasks and content:
l Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration
l Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers
l Research and develop new customers and new business segments
l Develop account strategy and execute business plan
l Effectively handle of customers' issue
l Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
l Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
l Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
l Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel - What you will bring:
Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors; Experience (Must) 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge (Ideal) l Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);
l Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products;
Abilities/Qualities l Proficient in using office software;
l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
l Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools;
l Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.Skills/Certifications l Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills;
