   Job Objective: MCC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our digital data strategy by preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data that drives decision-making across marketing, CRM, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn and grow under the mentorship of a Principal Data Analyst.

    

2. Job Responsibility (What you will do):

   Responsibility

   Work tasks and content: Clean, validate, and organize raw data from various sources (CRM, web analytics, SaaS platforms) Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio Support CRM and CDM data hygiene and segmentation efforts. (CDM: channel data management; includes shipment and POS data from ERP, EDI and web systems) Collaborate with marketing, web, and systems teams to ensure data accuracy and usability Document data processes and contribute to data governance initiatives

    

3. Job Qualifications (What you will bring):

   Education Background/ Major	Bachelor's degree or equivalent
   Experience (Must)	3+ years of experience in data analytics, information technology or computer science within the semiconductor industry (preferred).
   Knowledge (Ideal)	Proficiency in Excel and SQL Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders Collaboration: Monday.com, Office365
   Abilities/Qualities	Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills ·        Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
   Skills/Certifications	Experience working with CRM platforms or SaaS tools Exposure to AI-driven design tools or LLM-integrated workflows Design certification a plus
