    The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.

     

  2. What you will do:
    Responsibility ·       Assist in processing customer orders, inquiries, and returns accurately and promptly.
    ·       Maintain and update customer records in SAP HANA system.
    ·       Support CSR team in preparing quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
    ·       Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production) to ensure order fulfillment.
    ·       Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
    ·       Monitor inventory status and coordinate with the logistics team for product availability.
    ·       Generate and maintain reports related to customer service activities.
    ·       Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the CSR team or management.

     

  3. What you will bring:
    Education Background/ Major Completed Mittlere Reife (secondary school certificate) or equivalent vocational qualification.
    Experience (Must) 0–1 years in customer service, administrative support, or related field (internship experience is a plus).
    Abilities/Qualities ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    ·       Ability to read and write in English fluently for professional communication.
    ·       Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    ·       Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
    ·       Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    ·       Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
