   Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, we are looking for an Application Engineer (AE) who will be responsible for the technical support of our customers and Channel partners, with a clear focus on Discrete Semiconductor products (Small Signal MOSFETs, Power MOSFETs,IGBT, SiC Technology)

    

2. What you will do:

   Responsibility

   Work tasks and content: l   Understand and deliver full gamut of solutions for customer applications including component systems level, modular systems, and manufacturing resources. l   Performs other related duties as assigned by management. l   Develop and deliver technical presentations in conjunction with the FAE group. l   Work with management to develop and execute successful demand creation strategies for customers using MCC resources. l   Interface and collaboration with a number of MCC internal resources, as well as 3rd party contacts when appropriate. l   Drive Demand Creation by maximizing MCC content on customer designs l   Design evaluation boards to promote our driving technologies and elaborate technical documentation for technical support (Application Notes, technical presentations, online calculators and more). l   Perform tests in MCC lab when required (customer or internal requirement). l   Customer Failure Analysis and troubleshooting support both internal and onsite by Product and application level

    

3. What you will bring:

   Education Background/ Major	University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic Eng. Major in Power Electronics preferred. Good knowledge of Power Semiconductor is required
   Experience(Must)	Minimum BSEE/BSME or equivalent of 5 years of hands-on experience across major components of semiconductor solutions with focus on power Discrete and management. 3-5 years’ design or applications engineering experience in semiconductor products and technology. Adequate years of experience in the field of power electronics.
   Knowledge(Must)	Understanding of the Power semiconductor industry market forces and dynamics. Good understanding of different types of power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET, SiC Technologies, IGBT, Diodes) and experience in selection of devices for different applications.
   Abilities/Qualities	Excellent flexibility, motivation, and networking Open Minded and problem-solving skills with customers facing technical challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time. Amount of travel will vary based on where candidate resides.
   Skills/Certifications	Fluent in English.
