    Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC.
    We are looking for an Account Manager -eCommerce with 4 years experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Austin, Texas.

     

     

  2. What you will do:
    Responsibility ·     Manage relationships with online catalog/e-commerce distribution partners and lead regular quarterly performance reviews.
    ·     Review and enforce accurate digital product content, including parametric data, datasheets, images, and compliance documentation.
    ·     Optimize online visibility by improving search ranking, category placement, and readiness for new product introductions.
    ·     Coordinate inventory planning with internal teams and distribution partners to ensure healthy stock levels and reduce lost-sales situations.
    ·     Analyze sell-through and traffic data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and underperforming product categories.
    ·     Support new product launches by ensuring complete data, available stock, and aligned digital marketing activities.
    ·     Collaborate internally with product management, marketing, and operations to streamline digital channel execution and improve distributor readiness.

     

  3. What you will bring:
    Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors;
    Experience(Must) 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
    Knowledge(Ideal) l   Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);
    l   Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products;
     
    Abilities/Qualities l   Proficient in using office software;
    l   Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
    l   Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools;
    l   Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
    Skills/Certifications l   Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills;
    l   Market and customer communication skills;
