    The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.

     

  2. Job Responsibility (What you will do):
    Responsibility ·        Receive, process and track customer orders, and file and back up order data.
    ·        Maintain communication with customers, reply to emails, and confirm delivery schedules.
    ·        Prepare shipping documents, assist sales staff in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.
    ·        Provide regular sales status reports for sales staff and supervisors’ reference.
    ·        Assist sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
    ·        Assist sales staff in organizing customer data, including basic company information, transaction records, and issue handling status.

     

  3. Job Qualifications (What you will bring):
    Education Background/ Major Completed Mittlere Reife (secondary school certificate) or equivalent vocational qualification.
    Experience (Must) 1 year SAP/MN operation experience.
    Abilities/Qualities ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    ·        Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    ·        Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
    ·        Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    ·        Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
