Business Development Director-Automotive
Job Description:
· Formulate, initiate & implement the business strategy and engagement plan to lead the sales and BU team achieve the profitable revenue growth for automotive OEM/Tier One market
· Lead the customer engagement and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, sale, field applications engineering team etc.) to complete the Design in to Design won cycle.
· Leverage the business and market knowledge to synthesize market input and help BU identify new business opportunities, drive the new product roadmap
· Developing strategic relationships with the key customer’s executives, implement strategic initiatives and address customer requirements
· Foster strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets and teamwork.
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience.
· Degree in Electrical Engineering
· Proven experience in managing a team of professional staff for comparable size of business.
·Previous Experience in Semiconductors Industry desirable
